Inquiry (采购产品): Termo formablke plastic sheet Dear Sir, We are a tank equipment manufacturer with design offices in Sydney & manufacturing facilities in Korea. We are seeking plastic sheet ( 3/16" ~ 1/4" thick sheet, 12ft x 3ft) that can be thermo-formed & have the following properties: Resistant to constant immersion in 100% aromatic solvents such as benzene, toluene & xylene. Good abrasion resistance. The thermo- forming required is minimal. a) We require to put a 1-1/2" x 15deg break along the two long edges of each sheet. b) 26 dimples are to be formed into the sheet with square through holes to recess 3/8" coach bolts so each bolt head is recessed below one side of the sheet. This material is required for a regular production product. Please advise if you have sheet that meets the above criteria.
