I had duties of running a 10 man crew from start to finish. Ran z- Amada turrets there.58 station pega amada and 58 station qeen Amada. I also ran 10ft. Gufil hydralic press brake. And had to powder coat all of our own products.Built electical enclosures and misc. I have some experience in mig and tig welding.I was here for 7 years, made $72,000 a year when I left. 2002-2005 - Accu-fab and machine I was the owner of Accu-fab & manager in charge of all operations, from production scheduling, purchasing, estimating and sales. I handled all employees and equiptment from start to finish. I Did alot of big electrical enclosures, water purifying enclosures, sub plates and custom jobs. I have over 18 years experience in the sheet metal fabricating enviroment. From front office to shearing, punching, bending, welding, painting, powder coating and final inspection. I have worked on all of the machines, as well as ran all of them. I am very good at blue prints and making adjustments on cnc punches at the machine by hand punching in programs. And able to do flat lay out also. I think I could help better your company in anyone of these aspects. When leaving Accu - fab I was making about $75,000 a year. I have ALL of my own tools to do this job including calipers. I am asking for $30.00 per hour, but willing to negotiate.
