Inquiry (采购产品): metal stamping We need a quantity of cone-shaped steel stampings.They could be started by making a washer, then stamping or pressing it to turn it into a conical shape. The cone needs to have a 7/8" to 15/16" round opening at the bottom, a 2" opening at the top, and be about 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" high top to bottom. We want the steel to be 1/8" to 3/16" thick and it does not need to be coated, painted or galvanized. We want to try them out as a prototype but can order a decent quantity if need be. We may also want proportionately larger (and thicker steel) cones after these are tried out. The larger ones will need square holes at the small end up to 1-1/2" x 1-1/2". Does this sound doable for you? Any ideas about cost?
