Heat seal adhesive for textile spary Inquiry (采购产品): Heat seal adhesive for textile spary Dear Sir, We are researching one kind of heat seal adhesive for spray on textile. *Material for spray: --------------------- The textile material is used for underwear special on Bra cup. The content of the textile would be Nylon, Polyester, Tetron, Cotton, T/C(mixture of Tetron & Cotton), Tericot, Spandex, Lycra with elasticity. *Working process: ------------------- The textile will be sprayed the heal seal adhesive, dried and rewinded on the spraying laminating machine. After drying, the adhesive looks like one on the reverse side of post stamp. The adhesive coated textile will be cut into each kind of shape. Then the adhesive coated side will be faced to another sheet of textile and heat seal together with heat press. The coated adhesive should activate again to laminate the textile permanently against washing over 20, 50, or 100 times under 45 degree C and 15 minutes per time of washing. *High standard of adhesive yellowish resistance: ------------------------------------ Above heat seal pressing maybe reach 180 -210 degree C under an alumiuium bra cup mold.
