Inquiry (采购产品): Greg Wilkerson Mr. Wilkerson, We spoke earlier today regarding our p.o. 081418-00 that arrived this morning. It was unfortunate that the unit was delivered to our plant rather than Vehcom in Canada. Upon further review, I see the Oct. 17 e-mail sent to Brian Stenberg was no followed through completely. Charlotte Forbes and myself had spoken several times on this order and a few other orders regarding delivey status. Since we did not specify on the order a different ship to address, it was overlooked and we had to rely on memory or e-mails and that system doesn't always work. I understand the costs and logistics that were explained to me regarding if the unit was shipped to Canada. It appears now that we will have to schedule another truck to accompany our filter when we actually do ship. We have set the chiller in the back of factory but it still is taking up some production space. I appreciate the help on the freight charge and quite frankly, I had a hard time getting our group to unload it here as it will be weeks befor we ship. I have been here at Oberlin Filter almost seven months as Purchasing Manager and I have experienced a very good relationship with Char. My goal here is to strengthen relationships with our key suppliers, of which Koolant Koolers certainly is, and I hope we can continue to work together for the benefit of both companies.
