Inquiry (采购产品): Cutting square holes in silicon substrates Hello, I'm looking for some info on the possibility and cost of cutting squares out of 8" diameter silicon substrates. The substrates are around 700 microns in thickness. The squares would be around 1/2". I would need about 25 cuts, 1 on each substrate.
