The Gelatin machinery specification that we need: 1. Triple effect evaporator unit for gelatine consist of : For the supply of one (1) Double Effect, Series 3 Rising and Falling Film Plate Pre Concentrator Evaporator with Thermal Vapor Re- Compression and Single Effect "Paraflash" Finisher Evaporator / Steriliser designed to concentrate 4,200 lph of Gelatine liquor from 3 - 7% TS to 25-30% TS. Design Duty: Pre Concentrator Feed : 4,200 lph Gelatine at 3% TS and 400 C (assumed). Product : 660 kg/hr Gelatine at 20% TS and 600 C. Evaporation : 3,750 kg/hr water removal. Finisher Evaporator. Feed : 660 kg/hr Gelatine at 20% TS and 600 C. Product : 440 kg/hr Gelatine at 30% TS and 500 C. Evaporation : 220 kg/hr water removal. Scope of Supply: 1 One Feed balance tank, 150 litres capacity, level controlled. Material AISI 304 stainless steel. 2 One Feed pump, centrifugal, type "W+". All contact parts in AISI 316 stainless steel. 3 One In-line duplex filter, type FSH with removable mesh. (0.1mm). Material AISI 304 stainless steel. 4 One CIP Chemical dosing system, including air operated diaphragm dosing pump and PVC concentrate chemical tank. 5 One Paraflow plate heat exchanger for product pre heating with stainless steel clad frame and AISI 316 stainless steel plates with clip-in EPDM gaskets. No. of sections : 2 - Pre heating using evaporator condensates. - Final heating using low pressure indirect steam. 6 One Steam Control Manifold, comprising: - Steam stop Valve - Steam Strainer - Steam pressure reducing Valve - Modulating Steam control Valve - Temperature transmitter 7 Two Series 3 Rising and Falling Film Plate Evaporators, comprising of epoxy painted carbon steel frame fitted with AISI 316 stainless steel heat transfer plates with nitrile gaskets. 8 Two Vapor separators, high efficiency, vertical type with conical bottom and snail shell product/vapor inlet. Constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel. 9 Two Product Extraction pumps, centrifugal, type "W"+. All contact parts in AISI 304 stainless steel. 10 Two Condensates Extraction pumps, centrifugal, type "W"+. All contact parts in AISI 304 stainless steel. 11 One Thermocompressor, "Croll-Reynolds" or equal. Material AISI 304L stainless steel. 12 One Thermocompressor Steam Control Manifold, comprising: - Steam stop Valve - Steam Strainer - Modulating Steam control Valve - Steam pressure transmitter 13 One Set of Vapor ducting constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel. 14 One Paraflow plate heat exchanger for vapor condensing with epoxy painted carbon steel frame and AISI 316 stainless steel plates with clip-in EPDM gaskets. Also includes Siemens S7 PLC with MP370 Touch Screen operator interface colorgraphic display. 28 One Set, Process Control (PID) Loops, comprising: - Feed flow - Conductivity (CIP solution) - Pre heat temperature - Sterilising temperature - Evaporator thermocompressor steam pressure - Evaporator final effect level - Final concentrate solids 29 One Set of On-plant direct reading temperature indicators, pressure and vacuum gauges. 30 One Set of process piping, valves and fittings. Material AISI 316 stainless steel. 31` One Set of services piping, valves and fittings.
