Inquiry (采购产品): PVC pipe Hello- I need 550 feet of either 3 or 4" diameter PVC pipe to build a horse show arena that rests on cinder blocks. I am wondering if you ever have pipe with imperfections which can't be sold for it's normal use, but would work just fine for this application, which might save me some money?
