This means that if you go to the gym you don't need to record your workout on a clipboard anymore. Further, it collects timestamp information and so power can be estimated. Since all the data is collected onto a computer, it can easily be graphed to detect trends, patterns, and the impact of various factors on the workout. It also can guide you through a workout you design with text and audio prompts. It even can provide pacing audio prompts. It works for just about any repetitive-motion exercise, including boxing, sit-ups, free-weights, Nautilus-style equipment, push-ups, lap- or race-course running, and lap swimming. How about that?
