Inquiry (采购产品): Dewatering belts I have a dewatering application where the solid is sand with grains size of mostly 40 micron with some sand up to 250 micron. Filtrate is water but has a little crude oil, maybe up to 1%. This is a batch process of draining a slurry of water and sand into something to separate out the water so that we can then haul away the sand for disposal. Slurry is 20 to 40% by volume sand flowing at 130 gpm for up to an hour. Total volume sand is then about 11 cubic yards and water at 5400 gallons. Looking to use some filter belt material for one time thru filter media set in a fixed steel box, but unsure of your cfm rating. Is there a sieve size opening for this belt material? Or what sieve size opening do I need for this size sand. Sand does stick together a little due to a little bit of sand coating. That may not be consistent though. Any recommendations? **** Hidden Message ***** Richard Clausen 900 E Benson Anchorage, AK 99516 USA Company: BP Exploration Title: Process Engineer Phone: 9075644085 E-mail: claur0@bp.com **** Hidden Message ***** claur0@bp.com
