Inquiry (采购产品): Cecil 2041 I have a Cecil 2041 spectrophotometer from Buck scientific. We were having trouble getting readings off it and we kept getting error 2. I called and talked to tech support and they told us that error message meant the bulb was burning out and that we needed a new one, which we ordered. We have subsequently discovered that the bulb is fine, but there's a mechanical problem with the mirrors and the mirror isn't able to adjust to the right angle so no reading is possible and it looks to the machine like the light isn't working. I'm wondering if a) you have any suggestions on how to fix the mirror mechanism and b) if you could give me instructions on returning the bulb.
