Inquiry (采购产品): Nail faluire I am seeking information why a nail failed and a stair tread colapsed and a sever injury occured. The stair was over 40 years old. The age of the stair is in excess of 40 yrs old. The cleat, a 2 x 4, holding the tread was nailed into a 2 x 10 stringer it failed. The nails retrived showed signs of rust and deterioration.
