My working background has been purchasing property, renovating them, and selling them for a profit. About 4 years ago I bought a piece of property in the city of Wellston located at 6419 Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. The building is an entire block long and it sat unoccupied for five long years. The city of Wellston had their own idea of what they wanted to do with this location but they never purchased the property. Every person that was interested in this building couldn’t obtain a license, because they wanted body and repair shops. So the Lord sent me in this direction. In the last four years I’ve sold all of the properties that I own except the property that I’m living in at this point and it can be next if I can find a buyer. I’ve sold all of my property just to renovate the building to this point and believe me it was not easy. When I purchased this building it was in the winter and I’ve worked in the winter without heat. I’ve done every thing from electric to plumbing to roofing to you name it has been done. It was so much trash in this building that it took five 40-yard dumpsters and ten hauling trucks to haul away the trash. That’s how bad it was. If you have seen the building then and see the building now you would see that there has been progress made. This is a spiritual battle against me because the devil knows the need of this outreach ministry in the city of Wellston. Drugs, alcohol, prostitution are everywhere. Souls are being lost by large numbers. Drive through and you will notice how badly an outreach ministry is needed. I know that the Lord will make a way. For He said that you have not because you asked not. I need to raise $50,000 to finish this project and I need it now. So I’m calling on anyone that has a willing heart to donate to our church. If you are unable to donate finances at this time, building supplies are welcomed. Here is a list of some of the things we need: 60 rolls 100 yd Roofing paper Two sets of double doors 10 bags of concrete 60 buckets of roofing tar 20 -1/2-inch plywood 20 buckets of driveway black -top (wood) 10 - 2x8’s and 30-2x4’s 20 (8) gallons of interior and exterior White paint 40 boxes of commercial floor tile 15 buckets of 8-gallon floor paint light green I would like to personally come and meet with you and shake your hand. If you would like a tour of our facility I would be glad to show you what we already have done and what else needs to be done.
