Inquiry (采购产品): Liquid Abrasive Cutting Gun Projectiles I'm an Unexploded Ordnance Technician with Weston Solutions. I'm working a task in California that is going to require demilitarization of several naval gun projectiles from 3" to 16" in diameter. We strongly beleive that the majority of these projectiles are inert-filled or empty; and most are easy to discern as such, but the status of 4-16" projectiles is uncertain. I've been discussing the application of liquid abrasive cutting to open the rounds and check for explosives. If none are present, we could use the liquid abrasive system to cut the projectiles completely open to comply with demilitarizarion standards to allow us to scrap out the remains. After viewing your on-line catalog, I'd be interested to find out more about your pipe cutting and track systems; specifically--what components you provide with the systems, thickness of steel we can cut with them (16" projectile case walls are several inches thick), rental or purchase availability, and contact points for representatives or suppliers of your products in the San Francisco Bay area. Of course, my PM will want a projected cost to perform this task. I am based in Tempe, Arizona and have furnished my office information. I have provided e-mail and cell phone numbers below.
