Inquiry (采购产品): release agent for concrete casting We are looking for a release agent for concrete casting. The mold is produced in elastomeric polyuurethane with a shore A of 20 and we do require a release agent that will not attack the surface of the mold in a long term period. This release agent will allow us to keep a clean surface on the mold and avoid the concrete to stick to the surface. We do not want a release agent which will produce a build-up on the surface of the mold. If a cleaner is available for the maintenance of the mold, we would appreciate receiving the TDs of both the release agent and the cleaner. The release agent will be used on a production line for one casting a day (large parts). The parts will be demolded mechanically by an equipment that stretch the mold. Before the casting, the release agent will be sprayed onto the mold with a spray equipment with an approxiamte 12 psi pressure. After the release agent is sprayed onto the mold the conveyor will bring up the mold to the next step (concrete casting) within an approximate 10 minutes.
