Inquiry (采购产品): Polyurea We are an air-conditioning company specialized in Thermal Storage projects. At present we have few projects on Ice Thermal Storage and Chilled Water Storage where we are evaluating the use of Polyurea coating instead of HDPE lining. However we have so questions which we require some input from your highly esteem organization. ICE THERMAL STORAGE PROJECT We have a circular concrete tank of Dia ?30 feet with a height of 50 feet. We have an internal PU insulation of 4" thick with a density of 50KG/m2. We are interested to have spray polyurea on top of the insulation instead of HDPE lining. Here are the questions: 1. Is Polyurea suitable to use in low temperature conditions of 20°F (what is the contraction rate and how will it affects the water proofing. 2. Based on the above what is your recommended thickness of Polyurea? 3. What is the max comperession strength of the polyurea lining material. 4. Is polyurea hazardous and does it have the same chemical properties of HDPE. 5. Does polyurea deteriorates when we have 25% Ethylene Glycol concentration in the tank water (we use Dowtherm SR-1 EG) 6. What is the precaution we must use when we apply the polyurea (maybe a method statement will be helpful in our evaluation) 7. What is the price of polyurea and how do you sell them and do you have any application guide. 8. Do you have any agent in Malaysia or Singapore to facilitate our logistic issue. CHILLED WATER STORAGE We have 8 nos of Rectangular tank of 50'x30'x30' (LxWxH) based on stratified chilled water design. Our questions on similar to the Ice Thermal Storage except the following: 1. How do you treat the corners for a rectangular tank. 2. What is the finish quality of the PU insulation before we can apply the polyurea lining. 3. We have a diffuser in the chilled water storage tank supported by a centre steel column, which is sitting at the bottom of the tank. When we apply polyurea can it adhere to the surface of the steel column and do you have any such experience. Apart from the above we require a list of your job reference where you have completed jobs in related services (Thermal Energy Storage).
