If I am correct, when any fuel tank is installed on a trailer, it becomes a Tank Vehicle and would therefore be required to meet NFPA 385 Standards for "Tank Vehicles for Flammable/Combustible Liquids". Additional guidance can be found in CFR1910.106 "Flammable/Combustible Liquids". My question to you Ed is; does the tank you've quoted us, meet these requirments?
