Inquiry (采购产品): question about application Dear Mr/Ms: I would like to consult you regarding an application on my field. We produce cold rolled low-carbon steel. In our process (mainly during hot- and cold-rolling) there is formation of iron fines which affects subsequent treatments such as galvanizing, welding and so on. That's why a measurement of the amount of iron fines on our product is a very important tool for quality control. At this moment we know that there is a method to conduct such measurement. According to this method, a steel strip sample is covered with liquid PVC that is peeled off as a film after a short curing time (afterwards you are supposed to analyse this PVC film by means of AAS, and so on). Could you recommend me a sort of liquid PVC (better if provided by you) which could be used for this test, please?. We have tried to find this information in the literature but without success.
