Engine/Generator Four wheel trailers mounted mobile electric welding of 20" dia gas pipeline, driven by diesel engine, water cooled 4 strokes of continuous 40 to 45 B.H.P at 1700 to 1800 R.P.M, plunger type fuel injection pump, 12 volts electric starting system, delivering 400AMP/40 volts at 60% duty cycle and rated current rang eof 60-500 Amperes for 36 to 40 volts with the arrangement in the switch board for the auxiliary power supply of 3 to 5 KW at 220 Volts A.C for lighting /operation of hand tools. Plant to have a polarity selection switch also. Trailer Four Wheels with two bar, Steer able front wheel. Accessories Plant should be accompanied with the following: Meter welding leadoff suitable size with welding holder. 02 No's Protective mask with special Glasses. All standard tools including spanners, Jack, screw drive i:e list of tools to be attached with the bid. Manuals: Two set of workshop manuals, spare part catalogue, operation instruction with the plant. Warranty 18 Months warranty after commissioning Spare Parts Recommended spare parts for two years of operation. List of the spare parts to be attached with the bid (with cost of each spare parts). The cost of spares will not be included in financial evaluation. After Sales Service The manufacturer/Seller have a good established workshop in Pakistan for after sales service, maintenance and overhauling of machinery. In this regard supplier to provide all relevant documents showing the facilities.
