Inquiry (采购产品): Application System need We are looking for a equipment and materials to compliment our plastic bag making capabilities. These applications are food grade and subject to frozen storage. 1. We currently need to apply pre-cut reinforcements to the web on the deck of our converting machines. The pre-cut can take various shapes about 1.5”x1.5” in size. The current application is for two “W” shaped pre-cuts. The pre-cut material is .010 polyester. The attachment is by a permanent adhesive. We are envisioning the pre-cut coming to the machine on a roll similar to labels. 2. The web is indexing at a maximum speed of 120 CPM and is stationary for 50% of the time. The index distance is typically 8”. 3. The positioning is critical. We are prepared to actively position the application equipment to achieve this. 4. The application equipment / carrier system is to be capable of applying the pre-form repeatable within a true position of .010” dia.
