If you have or can make a belt that you believe will meet or exceed the criteria below, please quote a price in the quantities of 10,000, 100,000, and 500,000. Belt Diameter: 1/16" (1.6mm) Inside Diameter (Loop): 1 1/2" (38mm) Belt Durometer: 70A Material: Must meet automotive requirements of functional temperature range of -30 degrees C (-22F) to +85 degrees C (185F). Storage requirements of -40 degrees C (-40F) to +95 degrees C (203F). Probably a urethane composition. Ref. Pulley sizes: Drive pulley= 7.5mm Diameter; Driven Pulley = 30.1 Diameter Desired Lifespan Revolutions on Pulleys: = 36,500 revolutions Thanks!
