Inquiry (采购产品): Winch quote request I am currently designing a winch system for a client on a consultant basis and require a product recommendation. The application is as follows: - Hydraulic winch system to be mounted on two Ford F350 trucks, each truck will have a matching winch unit. - The winches will be used to cycle a cleaning head back and forth thru existing pipeline below grade and thereby each will be required to release while the other one pulls. - Each winch (matching units) will be required to provide 100 fpm line speed, this is critical. - Secondary is a Line pull capacity of 10 ton (20,000lbs) with a trade off in line speed at max. pull force. Average line pull estimated to be 50% of capacity or 10,000lbs. - Cable to be used is 1500 ft of 1/2" dia, spool needs to be designed accordingly (I realize standard 1/2" cable has a breaking strength near 10 ton). - We will supply the hydraulic power for each unit via a 20hp gas engine and will provide a variable displacement pump for speed control. Please recommend and quote a unit, delivery location is New Brunswick. Please indicate concerns or questions you may have about this application.
