Inquiry (采购产品): An extrusion Die I am a graduate chemical engineering student at NC State University in Raleigh. I am interested in some information regarding an extrusion die. We have ordered a few dies from you in the past but none of which fit exactly what I need. One of the dies has a cylindrical outlet with a 1 mm diamter. What I need is one similar to that but with a nozzle at the end. The nozzle should be as thin as possible and 1 inch long from base to tip. The biggest question is can you make this nozzle with a ceramic piece between 2 metal pieces? From the base be 1/3" metal, then 1/3" ceramic, then 1/3" metal again. We need the ceramic there for electrical insulation. Please let me know if this is possible.
