Inquiry (采购产品): Technoloy Offer Dear I am a Chemical Engineer (MS CH. E) who retired too early from Avery Dennison. I would like to find something challenging to keep me occupied for about 3 to 5 more years. I can offer you assistance in helping to develop new release coating formulas and release liners products. I can also help you guide and/or train new technical personnel so they can accumulate the experience necessary to become your managers of the future, and provide you with a ready resource for investigating other potential ideas and businesses. A quick summary of my career experience includes expertise in thermal, condensation, platinum and MW, EB, and UV radiation cured silicone release coating formulas. I have trained five first level technical managers. And I hold eight patents, several of which were in the Ultra Violet and Electron Beam curing technologies for Avery Dennison. There are several advantages for hiring me. 1. I have considerably more experience than the technical or management professionals you may be considering to hire 2. I am not seeking to build any kind of retirement plan because I already have one in place. 3. My present home in Arizona is for sale and my wife and I are readily available to relocate to your area at any time. 4. I am flexible regarding location because I will be renting until my wife and I are ready to complete our retirement home. A more complete resume is attached.
