Inquiry (采购产品): Specialty blade Dear Sirs; I wonder if you could build us a blade for our special saw application. We are cutting rubber tires into strips and found that the one blade that seems to work fairly well is the Oldham “Signature” Combination/Table Saw 40 tooth carbide blade. But we would like to have a blade that has a heavier “Plate thickness” and a wider kerf. The problem that we have is that the kerf needs to be quite a bit wider then the “plate thickness” so that the rubber does not rub and create heat. We need something that is aggressive enough to remove 1 to 1-1/2 inches of rubber, but is hard enough to cut the six layers of wire belting that is imbedded in the tread. This is a situation that if the blade works, we would need quite a few in the future. I am open to your suggestions if you have any and feel free to give me a call. This is what I need a quote for.
