Inquiry (采购产品): Polishing 316 stainless steel Good day We are building a product with 316 stainless sheet , plate, and flat bars that requires a #8 finish (mirror finish. We are hoping that you have some larger type polishing equipment at your site. We start with sheet 16 gauge and 11 gauge that comes to us prepolished to a XL buff and we work with those. Once we have done cutting, forming, and welding of components we then polish out the welds and any other marks with hand polishers using different type of abrasives and compounds. This sheet is costing us a lot in labour and we sure would like to find some more competitive pricing with decent delivery times. We currently have the need for the following sheets: *16 Gauge 316 stainlesss sheet purchased as 2B finish and need to polish to XL Buff - 10 sheets 4 ft x 10 ft. * 11 gauge 316 stainlesss sheet purchased as 2B finish and need to polish to XL Buff - 40 sheets 4 ft x 10 ft. We also have an issue with some 316 stainless plate we have purchased 1/4 " 316 stainless plate polished to an XL Buff and will still require 3 more sheets 5 ft x 10 ft ( or possibly we could use 4 ft x 10 ft if price is a lot less per square foot). As far as 316 stainless steel 3/8" plate and 1/2" plate we have been purchasing as standard and polishing to the XL Buff and this as you probably know takes quite soime time with hand polishers. We will need 3 sheets 4 ft x 10 ft of 3/8" and 3 sheet 4 ft x 10 ft of 1/2". These can be full sized sheets or we could supply cut parts that would have various profiles in size 18 " x 40 " and smaller. We also do some flatbar 316 stainless steel 2" x 1/2" , 1" x 1/4", 12 foot lengths. Thank you and please feel free to contact me for any further information at all.
