Inquiry (采购产品): Quote for plating/coating I have the following parts that require to be chrome plated over milled surfaces that will have surface finsih of approx. 32 - 60 rms. Parts require to be electro polished to remove blemishes and smooth out surfaces. Parts will have finished dimensions of 0.510" thick x 1.355" wide x 55.118" long Parts are tapered along whole length on both 1.355" wide surfaces - 0.008" per side There is a 0.500" diameter through hole 1" from one end on the center line of the 1.355" surface Materials: (1) - Stainless Steel 440 (2) - Aluminum Alloy 5083 Plating Finish required (1) - Chrome Plate 0.003" thick. (2) - Teflon Impreg/Polyon coating 0.001" - 0.0015" thk. If you can handle the above dimensions please quote me prices for (2) and (3) pieces respectively. Look forward to your reply.
