Inquiry (采购产品): Static mixers Gentlemen: We are currently in design of a powdered rubber manufacturing facility and we have a possible use of static mixers for precooling our infeed material. Our feedstock will be 4 to 20 mesh granulated rubber at arate of 2500 lbs/hr. My thoughts are to install a static mixing device as a vertical chute through which cold nitrogen gas would be fed up through the down flowing (by gravity) granular rubber particles. The density of the granular rubber is 30-32 lbs/cu.ft. and the flow of gaseous nitrogen would be about 1150 cfm. Please advise if you feel that a static mixer could accomplish flow and mixing and what size might be required. We have a vertical drop of about 14 feet available. **** Hidden Message ***** G. W.
