Inquiry (采购产品): Stamping of Aluminum Heads Dear Potential Supplier, We are a Fabricator specializing in Stainless and Aluminum Bulk Containers for the Food Pharmaceutical industries. We have an need to produce rectangular containers with stamped heads. I have pictures I can email you if you are interested in seeing what they look like. There are actually two stamped components to each container - the bottom head and the top head (top lid). The bottom head is a very simple slightly sloped head with rounded edges. The top head includes a roughly 22" hole in the center. The overall dimensions of each head are 42x48". Wall thickness is 1/8" aluminum. Please contact me if you can provide a price for the die manufacture and service of stamping these heads for me. For now we are looking to quote a quantity of 80 top heads and 80 bottom heads.
