Inquiry (采购产品): Hydroforming Gas tanks and fenders To whom it may concern: Im a sales agent/broker for a motorcycle shop here on long island. We are looking into having gas tanks and fenders made by your hydroforming process, it looks ideal for this application and more cost effective then haveing the toolings made for the deep drawing method. We also would like to know if your could copy a tank that we have, using reverse engineering, but with a few small design modifications. Could you please contact me at your earliest convenience on what you would need to get this process started. I have a supplier for the tanks we sell and put together now, but they are manufacturing them and selling us the pieces, the left, right, and bottoms for approx. $150.00 for all three pieces. i am hoping that your company could make this more cost effective for us so we could sell these tanks fully welded and the unwelded parts to shops to build themselves. We may even have your company weld the tanks up for us also, again if it is cost effective to us.
