Inquiry (采购产品): urethane materials We are a company dealing with the manufacture of musical drums. We happen to have a project involving the use of urethane rubber/plastic with a hardness of about 55 - 65A. What we are using is a two component urethane system which also has a gel time of about 3 minutes. What we need is one that has a longer curing rate (say,7 minutes) so we will have the time to put it in the vacuum chamber and avoid the bubbles/holes on the product itself. We would be needing about 120 lbs of material to complete the initial production which we hope can grow. We would appreciate it if you can send us a recommendation regarding this matter.
