Nitriding Furnace Inquiry (采购产品): Nitriding Furnace Dear Sir, We are a leading engineering company into manufacturer of industrial equipment. We have received following inquiry from one of our client. ANNEXURE-‘D’ SPECIFICATION Pit furnace with Gas Tight Retort including Nitriding Device and Accessories. Max working Temperature 6500C Rated heating power 15 kW Minimum Retort useful Dia 330-mm minimum 400 mm Max Retort useful depth 450-mm minimum 600 mm Max The Furnace is composed of: - Compact Round Metal body with excellent thermal insulation, insulation made of ceramic fiber for rapid heating and low energy consumption High quality heating elements preferably with thyristor power control. Low maintenance heating system. Retort should have perfect temperature uniformity due to precise heating control and efficient circulation of gas. The retort is made of Nickel alloy resistant to Nitriding. The retort is equipped with a fan; a forced gas circulation takes place for powerful mixing of the atmosphere. This is absolute necessary for excellent heat transfer for diffusion transfer in Nitriding process. A universal type of Jig / Racking for suspending part is provided in the retort. For automatic lifting and for opening of the retort cover, the furnace is equipped with a hydraulic system / any other suitable system. Electronic temperature controller controls the furnace temperature. A fully automated process supervision system complete with monitoring and control instrumentation and computer aided Quality Standard Documentation i.e. Recording. Electric control cabinet will consist of main switch, control device (SCR) for the heating current, with electronic temperature controller PID with digital display, thermocouple burn safety and cold junction compensation. Control lamp, circui6t breaker contactor for heating current, electric device for automatic regulation of operating Time, starting simultaneously as the required operating temperature is reached. Gas process control system to monitor, control, regulate all nitriding process parameters in an automatic & continuous fashion with Gas analyzing, flow and pressure measuring transducers. Ammonia and Nitrogen Distribution station to supply gases from bottles to the control system at an appropriate pressure. Effluent Neutralizing Systems.
