Inquiry (采购产品): Dynamic Balancer Dear Sir/Madam: Bourgault Industries is a farm machinery manufacturer. One of our products, our air seeder incorporates one or two blowers which we manufacture and balance in house. The impellers of these blowers are less than three inches thick, about 18 inches in diameter and run at around 3500 rpm. For the last ten years or so we have been balancing these rotors on a home-built balancing stand with a CSI portable vibration analyzer which had just become obsolte at the time we bought it. Occasionally the balancer gives trouble, and servicing is hard to come by. We are moving to a lean manufacturing process and would like to manufacture blowers on demand rather than in batches ... so reliability of the balancing system will be important. So we are looking to upgrade our balancing system. We build about 500 blowers a year. I am not sure what level of automation is possible these days, but it takes us between 15 & 30 minutes to balance one impeller to the level that "works" for us. We would appreciate a recommendation and quote on a balancing system for our application. Once your initial response is received, this project would be turned over to one of our manufacturing engineers to provide whatever followup and additional detail you may require.
