This I think that I have heard that it exists but by my description I believe that you must have understood what I am trying to say; (1) The lamp must have Solar chargeable Batteries, (2) It must be able to turn itself on as darkness sets in, they are to be used as major street lights and we are talking about very large quantity that is in terms of the quantity that will be ordered.
