Inquiry (采购产品): aluminum fabrication Hello, I'm making aluminum carts and need very light, reasonably strong side tables that are 12" wide by 28" long. These tables are square on one end and have well rounded corners on the other end away from cart. They are supported on one end at the cart and need to hold about 60lbs max at center. The tables are thus far specked out with a 3/4 x 3/4 square aluminum frame and 3/4 x 3/4 U channels oriented lengthways and spaced at 1/2 inches apart within the frame. I would like to mold these tables or stamp from sheet goods for runs of 1000 pcs at a time to reduce welding costs. Can you advise feasibility and cost comparison.
