Inquiry (采购产品): PISTON DEBURRING Hello, I'm looking into purchasing a deburr machine for my company, Mahle Inc. I will be durring forged aluminum pistons and I am curious as to what you might be able to offer us. Heres some basic guidelines: 1) What are the different types of deburring you offer, media wise. I have heard of a water jet types, rock, steel shot. What's the best for our application, also most cost effective in regards to upkeep and maintenance. 2) As large as batches as possible, lets say we need the capability to do 800 to 1000 per day, batches of 10 or more with a cycle time of lets say 6 to 8 minutes. 3) Piston size would be: a) min 100mm dia X 40mm tall b) max 120mm dia X 90mm tall 4) We have plenty air on hand 5) Power req would be 460VAC, 60 hz.
