Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ To Whom it May Concern, I represent Nuvonyx Inc. located in St. Louis. We are developing a new line of laser systems which will need a cooling solution. I've looked at your website and I believe you have some standard chillers that may fit my requirements. I enclosed a laser chiller spec. sheet. Please take a look and see if any of your chillers will fit my needs. I am looking for purchase possibly two units to cover the heat removal of six different laser systems. Their heat removal requirements run from 500 Watts to 2500 Watts (These are over estimates). I am interested in your water to DI water heat exchangers as well. I would like to give our customer the option to use either. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call. DI water compatible: Pump: plastic preferred No vulcanized rubber Can you build to meet UL1995, CSA, JIC, NEMA, NFPA 79, CE or NTRL standards? Water: Cooling Capacity: 500W - 2.5kW Process Temperature: 15°C - 25°C Ambient: 0°C – 37.7°C Stability: ±0.5°C Pump Flow: 0.5 to 3.0 gpm at up to 65psi Filter: 5 micron filter on output Controlled conductivity at 2.5 micro-Siemens Connections: ?” Hose barb or quick disconnect Closed Loop System; sealed from outside air. Electrical: Power: 220V / 1 phase / 60 Hz / 50 amp. Please give ratings at 50Hz. Controller: The controller must have the ability to invert signals with software. That means the chiller can be enabled by contacts closing or opening. The same is true for the ready and fault signals. Remote On / Off Chiller Enable No Contact Closure – Signal that turns on the chiller Chiller Ready Open or Closed Relay Contact – Return signal from the chiller that indicates it is operating properly. This signal can be delayed a programmable length of time the chiller enable signal. Chiller Fault Open or Closed Relay Contact – One return signal from the chiller that indicates it is not operating properly. This will disable laser emission and laser power supply. -Low Flow, settable from 0.3gpm to 3.0 gpm -Conductivity out-of-range, 2 to 5 micro Siemens -Low Fluid Level -Over / Under Temperature Chiller Operation The Laser Power Supply Control Unit can be used to enable and monitor an external chiller. The unit will provide a contact closure output to enable the chiller. The unit will not enable laser arming unless the chiller returns a ready indication. The delay time for the chiller ready signal is software configurable. The chiller’s fault signal must also be monitored. A chiller fault will disable the laser. The chiller ready and fault signals are simple contact closures. The use of an external chiller is a software configurable option. If the external chiller is disabled in software then the chiller fault signals are ignored. **** Hidden Message ***** Chris Weber 3753 Pennridge Drive Bridgeton, MO 63044 USA Company: Nuvonyx Title: ME Phone: 314-209-7755 Fax: 314-209-1728 E-mail: cweber@nuvonyx.com **** Hidden Message ***** cweber@nuvonyx.com
