info Inquiry (采购产品): info Enfield Street Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization 1318 Enfield Street Enfield, CT 06082 May 25, 2005 Re: Plug/Cap donation to school Dear Sirs: Just as our school strives to create the foundation for a good learning environment, our parent group at Enfield Street Elementary School, is making the same effort to generate a hospitable atmosphere for the school community. Unfortunately, parents of many elementary school aged children feel that the only role they play within their school is as a “fundraising hound” or “work horse.” In due course, the relationship with the school becomes monotonous, burdensome and draining. Basically, the fun has been taken out of being part of a school community. Our school and parent group is trying to change that. Our goal is to reintroduce family time into the lives of our kids. We accomplish this by providing students and their families with fun activities and free events in a casual atmosphere. But alas, with a minimal budget, we need help. By your standards, this request may seem minimal. To our group, it makes or breaks an event that fulfills the needs of 400 students and their families. We have acquired ? inch wide plastic straws which will be used to make homemade candy straws. The kids fill the straws with layers of flavored candy granules of different colors. Plugs/caps fit snuggly on the top and bottom for reopening and closing. This is where you come in. We need the caps/plugs. Would a donation of approximately 2,000 plugs be possible? It must fit tightly enough to retain the candy, yet removable to access the candy. We greatly appreciate anything that your company would be able to provide for our school.
