Inquiry (采购产品): Grams IR dear sir we have a M500 BUCK IR and the supported floppy discs of Grams IR software 1 to 4 are working well except disc 2 of 4 it doesn't work at all if U can attach this software or support us with an updated software work on XP windows system we will be so greatful ..other wise your interesting product can not be useful for us unfortunetelly ......please be cooperative with us so we can use this apparatus .. sincerly Dr.Saba A.
