Our Client needs to purchase: 54,000 Filters, see the Line Item Worksheet for a complete listing. The total value of this opportunity is estimated at $4.6 million dollars over the three year contract term. There are 16 Private Reverse-Auctions (events) that comprise all Filters currently out for bid. You are invited to participate in all the Reverse-Auction’s where you are able to provide ALL Filters and can only participate in those events. If you meet all the terms stated in this request (or have used our online Question & Answer feature and received an exception), you may bid for this opportunity online per the following dates. If you meet all the terms stated in this request (or have used our online Question & Answer feature and received an exception), you may bid for this opportunity online per the following dates KEY DATES for Final Selection are Anticipated As Follows: (Central Time) · · 7/30 by 2:00 p.m. – Email Will-Bid-3135@sorcity.com if you qualify · · 8/4 by 10:00 a.m. – Suppliers must be registered with Sorcity (no cost) · · 8/6 by 10:00 a.m. – All clarifying questions should be entered online · · 8/9 by 2:00 p.m. – Have your opening bid placed to participate · · 7/23 to 8/10 at 11:00 a.m. – You may place your bids · · 8/17 by 2:00 p.m. – The buyer will have contacted the low-bid suppliers · · 8/31 by 2:00 p.m. – Buyer will award online to best qualified supplier · · 9/1/04 to 8/31/07 – Anticipated contract term Key Dates (ending times especially) will vary depending on the Reverse-Auction that you are participating in. Please refer to the actual Reverse-Auction for the exact dates and times. Important: Suppliers are kept anonymous, but all bids are public. Only the buyer will see the final bids and low-bidder names at the end of the event. You can bid as many times as you want, or proxy bid by privately entering your lowest bid first and Sorcity will bid down incrementally to keep you in the winning position, unless you are outbid. As bids are posted the ceiling drops, so bid early to get on the list. You cannot bid on this event until you are provided a Private RA Code. This code will be given to you after we receive your email stating which events you are qualified for and plan to bid, and your faxed, signed copy of the Membership Agreement.
