I would anticipate the system to have a vibratory feeder bowl to orient the screws and insert them into a tube. The tube goes to the head of the pneumatically controlled screw driver and the screws are oriented and ready to be installed one after another. I am open minded to any other style that will more efficiently accomplish the same purpose. The screw that we will be using is a K22 X 5 mm pan head for a Phillips tip. I can get you samples if you need. Could you please let me know if you have a system or a choice of systems which may suit our needs.
