Inquiry (采购产品): press loader/unloader Currently press operator pulls a traveling fixture into his Beckwood 4 post hydraulic press from a powered roller conveyor to his right. He performs work to the workpiece in the fixture. Then he pushes the traveling fixture out of his press to his left. I need a powered device to push the fixture out of the press to his left. I'd also like a near duplicate of thsat device to push his next fixture into the press from his right. I think my 'package weight' is too heavy for a slider belt conveyor to lay in the press bed (fixture plus workpiece = approx 175 pounds). Perhaps an electric powered linear drive mechanism at rear of press?
