RFI Inquiry (采购产品): RFI Request for Information and Interest in Bidding Steam Boiler SG-3 Specification Scope of Supply: Turnkey supply of 650 Hp ASME Code Boiler complete with all accessories inside an insulated enclosure. Boiler to be rated for 250 PSIG MAWP and be suitable to produce saturated steam at 150 PSIG. Burner to be suitable for Natural Gas (normally-used fuel) or No. 2 Fuel Oil as a back-up fuel. Boiler to include a Forney or IC Burner and FGR system for low-NOx emissions (30 PPM). Boiler to include Economizer with transition ducts and piping, including support structure so as to preclude loads on the boiler breech. Double-wall, stainless steel stack with Chinese Hat with supports to be provided to an elevation of 35’-2” above finished floor elevation. All piping, insulation, and boiler trim to be provided for a complete system, including ASME Sec. I Steam stop valve and Non-Return-Valve with spool in between with drain. Piping to include feedwater, blowdown, fuel, vent, and drain piping. Piping shall terminate at the edge in the enclosure for connection to customer’s piping. Boiler enclosure shall be a prefabricated, insulated, (double-wall panel) with a roll-up door, double-door, and service door, louvers, exhaust fans, fluorescent lights, space heaters, and thermostats. Complete system with boiler controls including a Honeywell 7800 BMS and combustion controls shall be provided completely wired and tested. Shipping, off-loading at customer site, field installation/erection of the field erected items (such as economizer, stack, FGR, etc. included in scope of vendor’s supply. Supply shall include a minimum of 10 days start-up assistance after all installation is complete. Complete documentation package including 4 sets of certified prints for mechanical equipment, equipment layouts, single-line diagram, schematics, O&M Manuals etc. Electronic format for these will be required. Controls shall include Oxygen trim system. Burner to be capable of a minimum of 6”1 turndown ratio on either fuel. Skid to include a blowdown separator and cooling water trim for discharge to drain outside of enclosure. Customer Provided Items: Customer to provide boiler feedwater at flowrate and pressure required. Fuel supply piping and fuels to be provided at the required flow and pressure. Electrical feed to vendor supplied MCC or panel. A level concrete pad to support skid will be provided. All piping and electrical/instrumentation tie-ins will be brought to the vendor’s skid boundary. Job site is in Colonial Heights, VA, elevation 190’ above MSL. Boiler is to capable of continuous operation with minimal down time for maintenance. Vendor qualification: Vendor must provide list of a minimum of 5 recent customers with similar installations that include a full boiler enclosure with frame.
