Proposal Inquiry (采购产品): Proposal Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! The present letter is a business proposition and it aims to draw attention to the scientific community in the field of physics, astrophysics, and chemistry and of the world’s industrial circles to the works of Mr. Valery Feodorovich Andrus, Donets’k, Ukraine, working in the capacity of a Chief Engineer of the Engineering Plant. It concerns Neutron physics, Neutron astrophysics, and Neutron chemistry. In December 2003, both books with the Appendix (The Table of Transmutation of Chemical Elements according to V.F. Andrus) were published on the web-site www.elit-cons.com under the reference “The Epoch Discovery”. His textbook “The Elements of Neutron Physics” is being prepared for publishing. As the work advances, the text of the textbook will be published on the said site. The Author of the books has been involved in the problems on the origin of matter and energy for 28 years. Depicted in the books there is a true picture of the origin and derivation of stars, planets, matter, structure of energy flows, magnetism and also methods of practical application of this knowledge in the field of the human progress. Methods of the artificial manufacturing of gold and super large diamonds, principle operation of the generator for producing unlimited quantity of free-of-charge electric power…. All that and a great deal of other things are offered in the books. Practicing V.F. Andrus’s works allows us to implement a series of new projects. All existing electric generators also operate on it but their designers do not know about it but for a strained interpretation. An electric generator of capacity 1kW, mass 3kg was tested on the test stand. The electric generator consists of three units without moving elements: the control unit, the generator itself, the holding frequency unit 50Hz. The output current is a signal-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50Hz. By the order it is possible to change to a three-phase current with the same frequency. A series of production prototypes is offered for demonstrating: 1kW 10kW 50kW 100kW 3kg 5kg 15kg 30kg While operating, the generator is cooled and changes its mass downward. After the first starting, the generator is continuously in the go until electronic control circuit failure. The generation unit can’t have any failures during 10 years as a minimum. Repair of the control circuit is not expensive /changing radio components/. The first investment is at the rate of 4.0 million US Dollars, necessary for establishing conditions on guarding the objects.
