Custom Tank for New Product Inquiry (采购产品): Custom Tank for New Product Hello there! My name is Christo. I am looking for a company that can build a custom plastic tank that will be an essential component to a new product I would like to begin marketing soon. I have a pretty good description of the functionality and design of the tank on a fax (with a drawing) that I would like to fax to your offices for a quote. The unique aspect of the tank, to be short, is that the tank has two compartments. The main portion, on the top, holds about 12 gallons, and the bottom portion is thin, relative to that, at only 1 1/2" high. This smaller segregated portion of the tank is to run hot coolant into (to heat the liquid above it.) The plastic should be able to withstand high temperatures, possibly up to 230 F. As far as the volume, I would like to examine a prototype first. From there, I would most probably want about a dozen tanks, at least, for each of the first few months. I intend to increase my sales very quickly, so this number may be more in short time, by double or so, especially after the first few start-up months. I am flexible as far as the number of tanks I will be ordering at first; one of the important determinates for me is how much I will save by ordering more tanks at one time. I am also flexible on when I need the tanks. As soon as possible is always great for me. Sometime within the next 2-3 weeks would be ideal. I am located in Corpus Christi, Texas, which is about 4 hours southwest of Houston, on the Gulf. I really appreciate your assistance.
