This actuator will be used in a tray stop mechanism on a conveyor line of a USPS mail sorting equipment. Failed actuation attempts must be limited to less than 1 in 5000 actuation. · Type: Rotary or Linear Electrical Actuator. · Life Cycle: the Postal Service typically utilizes equipment for at least 10 years, 7300 hours per year. Vendor to specify the expected life cycle of their proposed actuator. · Zero-to-low maintenance. · Delivery time: 5,000 per month for 18 months starting 4th quarter of 2006.
