Our Company, MSK Steel Forging Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified ( RW TUV CERT) manufacturer supplying hot forged steel parts for many industries including but not limited to automotive, machine, military industries. Our production capabilities are mainly the production of close- tolerance steel forgings with a weight range of 0.3 kg . to 17 kg., supplied in plain carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Our annual production capacity is 7000 tons. Our forging line consists of the following machines: - Screw Presses (250 ~ 1000 tons ) 7 pcs - Hammers (160 ~ 1000 NM) 4 pcs - Maxi Press (1000 ~1600 tons) 2 pcs - Eccentric Presses (80 ~ 250 tons ) 12 pcs - Pneumatic drop hammers (160 ~ 250 kgs )10 pcs - Induction furnaces (160 / 630 KVA ) 7 pcs We also provide complete in-house machining on CNC and conventional machines to deliver as finished parts ready to assemble. We have a complete tooling shop, where we utilize modern technology, such as CAD/CAM in designing and CNC machining center, wire EDM in manufacturing the tools as required.
