Inquiry (采购产品): Replacement element Please see if you can find a filter element for a Zander model G 7/350 filter housing. The element should have a burst pressure of at least 2000 psi (burst pressure is the differential pressure across the filter when the filter ruptures), and should have a nominal rating of 3 microns. The filter is not required to have any oil removing capability. Zander's standard replacement elements have a low burst pressure. Because this filter housing is installed downstream of a desiccant dehumidifier, I am concerned that powdered desiccant will build up in the filter and cause it to burst. An element with a high burst pressure rating will be less likely to burst. The application is very dry compressed air at 5000 psi and a maximum flow rate of 215 standard cubic feet per minute at 5000 psi. I do not know what companies might be able to supply this replacement filter element. If multiple filter elements are available, the model with the greater surface area (i.e. the greater debris holding capacity) would be preferred. The bigger the element, the more dust it can hold before it becomes clogged. We are not interested in replacing the filter housing.
