They make all kinds of COMBED - CARDED -KNITTING SLUB and OPEN END yarn as per the requirement. 2) WEAVING—having over 400 looms. All looms are fully equipped with various kinds of secondary and auxiliary equipments like DOBBIES--JACQUARDS and SEAR SUCKER. They have AUTO LOOMS, SHUTTLE LESS LOOMS and AIR JET LOOMS. They make 36 TO 153 Inches wide fabric with a maximum thread count off 1000 threads per square inch. The daily production is over 35000/ meters. 3) PRINTING-- Sitara is one of the leading manufacturer of finished home textile products in Pakistan. We print all qualities with latest ZIMMER printing machines capable to print up to 12 colors on fabric up to a width of 3200/MM. 4) DYEING--Dyeing unit is well equipped with latest machinery. KEIR, SINGEING, BLEACHING PLANT, MERCERIZING with continuous dying plant, THERMO SOLE STENTERS, CALENDARS, SANFORISING, COMFIT MACHINES etc. All machineries are GERMAN and JAPAN made for dyeing from 36 to 130 inches wide fabric. Safety sensors have been installed on all machines to ensure the consistent quality. 5) STITCHING/ QUILTING-- Stitching house, consisting of plain, over locked, blind, gathering, embroidery, lace work and other most modern over 300 sewing machines and are busy day and night in the production of high quality fancy articles of home textiles and bedding products. Multi-needle quilting machines are producing b'spread, mattress pads and other quilted articles. As mentioned above, we are manufacturing basic & designer printed fabrics, and high end finished home textiles & bedding products for North American markets and can handle large programs.
