Al enameled wire is lightweight than copper wire , it can be expected longer than the average insulation life of copper coil bacause of the alunimun quickly forms a very tight oxide skin that is also insulator. One of the big advantage of Aluminum is reducing non-ferrous material ost(LME), less shipping damage of it's products and easier to mount in the fixture.
